Saint Paul Public Schools Office of Educational Equity White Bear Lake Schools Office of Multicultural Education Minnesota Humanities Commission The Minnesota Humaities Commission offers workshops and resouces realted to cultural diversity and bilingual literacy initiaties. Human Rights Resource Center The Human Rights Resource Center is an international organizaton located at the U of M Law School. Consider visiting their lending library, shopping at the Human Rights and Peace Online Store, or take advantage of their speakers bureau. Resource Center of the Americas The Resouce Center of the Americas focuses on social justice and topics related to the culture and hisotry of the Americas. They have a fantastic lending library, bookstore, and restaurant. RCTA also offers workshops and speakers on topics related to the Americas. Origins Origins is local branch for Responsive Classroom as well as offering arts and diversity related resources and training. Minnesota Inclusiveness Program The Minnesota Inclusiveness Program offers training and resources to support multicultural education in Minnesota. Minnesota Advocates for Human Rights Minnesota Advocates for Human Rights offers training and school programs on human rights an immigration (BIAS Project) related issues. Minneapolis YWCA The Lake Street YWCA in Minneapolis offers training and community resources related to racial awareness. Institute for Global Studies The Institute for Global Studies offers workshops and resources to teachers on a variety of issues related to multicultural education. Minnesota International Center The Minnesota International Center offers resources and workshops intended to promote multiculutral understanding. They also have an extensive speaker's bureau list. Minnesota Minority Education Partnership MMEP works to promote students of color pursuing higher education through mentoring and other programs.
